How to install and use Pirate One EA

Download and unpack the archive with the product

Immediately after the purchase, you will receive a confirmation letter to your email. Inside the email there are links to the instructions and to download the Pirate One EA product. Download this archive to your PC and extract it. If you do not have an archiver, use this free program –  7zip archiver.

Next, follow the instructions below.

Open the MT4 root directory

So, first you need to open the root directory of the MetaTrader platform on your computer. For this, in the upper left corner of your trading platform, click on the “File” menu. Select “Open data folder” from the drop-down menu.

Open the “MQL4” folder inside the root directory of your platform and find the “Experts” folder inside

Restart your MT4 platform

This is necessary for any changes you make to take effect.

Assets for trading

Open one by one the charts of quotes of the following assets:

  • EURCHF,
  • EURGBP,
  • GBPUSD,
  • CHFJPY,
  • EURAUD,
  • USDCAD.

Set the M15 timeframe for each open quote chart:

If some assets do not appear in the list of available assets, you need to right-click on the list of assets and select the “Show all” option:

Activate the “Auto Trading” button:

Open the “Navigator” folder, find the Pirate One EA file in the “Experts” branch and drag one by one to all the quote windows that you have prepared for trading.

After that, the adviser will activate and will be ready for trading. 

Pirate One EA works with default settings on all the assets listed above. So you don’t need to change anything in its manual settings.

Switching between the functions of automatic money management and a fixed lot is carried out through this variable:

By default, in manual settings, the function of automatic determination of the lot size is set. Risk “3”. If you switched the EA to a fixed lot trading mode, then you need to set the value of the trading lot that you want to trade. We advise you to start by setting the value of 0.01 or another small value of the trading lot.
