Refund Policy
At our company, situated within the European Union (specifically the Republic of Slovakia), we abide by European legislation concerning consumer rights. This legislation pertains to both sellers and buyers of software, including digital products.

The primary governing directives that outline the rights and responsibilities of buyers and sellers are as follows:

1. Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament (issued on 25th May 1999) addresses certain aspects of consumer goods sales and associated guarantees.

2. Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament (issued on 25th October 2011) concerns consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and Council, while also repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council.

According to the aforementioned directives, a buyer is eligible for a refund solely if the product is technically flawed and cannot fulfill its intended purpose.

Grounds for Refund
  • You have a period of 14 days to assess the quality of our products and request a refund within accordance with the aforementioned European Directives.
  • Also, if for some reason the product that was purchased on our website does not suit the buyer, he has the opportunity to request from the support of our company its exchange for another product, which approximately corresponds to the cost of the exchanged product.
